Child Health Services provides a comprehensive set of services for low income children in a medical home model. The Pediatric Clinic is a medical home for nearly 1,500 children and adolescents while the Teen Health Clinic serves more than 500 area youth; and the Special Medical Programs (including a Child Development Clinic, a Neuromotor Clinic and a Nutrition Network) care for an additional 3,000 complex medical cases throughout the southern half of New Hampshire.
