Don’t miss Demystifying Gluten, the next segment in Saul O Sidore Lecture Series “Food For Thought: An exploration of what we eat and the impact on people and our planet,” Tuesday, February 21, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm in the UNH Manchester University Center Auditorium, 400 Commercial Street to learn about gluten, its effects on the body and what it means to live gluten free.
