How long have you lived in Manchester?
I have lived in Manchester for six years. I grew up 10 minutes south of Boston and spent four years in New York for graduate school. Moving to Manchester was a pivotal decision in my life and a VERY rewarding one!
Describe Manchester in one word.
Can I use a hyphenated word? “Community-focused”
What would make Manchester even better?
Bicycle lanes and rentals. I was visiting Montreal with my husband Brian over Memorial Day weekend and was so impressed with how many people rode bicycles all around the city. They had self- service bicycle rental kiosksthroughout the city where people could rent bicycles and then return them at a kiosk close to their final destination.
What’s the best meal you’ve had in Manchester?
Vegetarian combination plate ‘E’ at La Carreta (mushroom quesadilla, spinachburrito and mashed potato burrito). Delicious!
What’s your favorite Manchester organization?
Since we opened our doors in 2006 we have been holding food drives at Healing Hands Chiropractic Family Wellness Center by collecting urgently needed items for the New Hampshire Food Bank. Supporting the families in our community is extremely important to me, and the New Hampshire FoodBank is an amazing organization dedicated to serving the needs of the families in our community.
If you could share one link with the rest of Manchester, what would it be?

I LOVE Healing Hands! My husband had back issues and went and came out so much better. Can’t thank Dr. Jess enough! And, her prenatal program looks so fantastic, I almost wanna have another one just to try it. I pass it off to all my preggers friends.
